THE GOLDEN BADGER

LDTL are delighted to announce an ongoing, monthly, painting contest; The Golden Badger. Once again, we are proud to be sponsored by and associated with @elementgames_ who are providing the prize for each month. Thanks Matt!

Note: While our podcasts do focus on the Old World and 40K, this is an open IP contest, meaning that as long as it fits the category, miniatures from any manufacturer, any scale, and any genre can be entered.

How To Enter

On the 1st of every month, we will provide a “theme” in the form of a phrase, word, or colour which painters must incorporate in their entries. The only criteria we have for entry is as follows;
1. The entry must fit the month’s theme in some fashion
2. The entry cannot have won or placed in other painting contests, including Honourable Mentions.
3. The entry must be publicly visible on Instagram

Other than that, anything goes. An entry may be a single miniature, a unit, vehicle, bust, diorama, etc… It can be of any scale and any genre. Again, as long as it fits the theme of the month.

Note: If you want an insight into what we like have a look at the results of previous contests on our Instagram page.

Please post your entry on Instagram and remember to Tag your entry with #thegoldenbadger
